I’ve spent my career helping people and businesses solve their toughest IT challenges. My journey began as a Tech Support Engineer at Hewlett-Packard, where I provided troubleshooting and customer support for both enterprise and consumer systems. Later, I joined Iomega, supporting storage solutions and sharpening my problem-solving skills.
Along the way, I started my own web design company, US Web Design, blending design and technology in a creative approach. At one point, Yahoo recognized me as one of the top 10 web designers in the country.
Eager to expand my expertise, I earned my Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) certification as well as several Cisco certifications. These have given me a strong foundation in networking, systems administration, and IT infrastructure.
